K2E (Knowledge to Estimate) exists because the people who build the work rarely have time to price all of it. Bid invitations pile up, deadlines land on Monday, and the estimating happens after hours, on a laptop, by whoever is left standing.

We built K2E to be the estimating department a growing general contractor cannot yet justify hiring: remote, expert, and available on demand.

Every K2E estimate is prepared and reviewed by an experienced human estimator. We are not a takeoff tool you have to babysit, and we do not hand you a machine output to sanity-check yourself.

When drawings conflict, we ask. When something is missing, we document an assumption rather than guess. That judgment is the whole point, and it is the one thing software cannot do for you.

We work with general contractors across the United States, from residential remodelers to light commercial and multifamily builders. The service is fully remote, so where your jobsite is has no bearing on how fast you get your number back.
