Construction Takeoff Services

A construction takeoff is the measured count of every material and quantity on a set of drawings, and it is the foundation of any estimate. K2E produces takeoffs by hand from your plans so the numbers are checked against drawing conflicts, not just traced off one layer.

Some contractors have their own pricing dialed in and only need the tedious part done: the measuring and counting. We deliver a clean, organized takeoff you can drop straight into your own pricing.

What's included

  • Every quantity measured and counted off the drawings
  • Organized by trade or CSI division
  • Drawing conflicts and gaps flagged, not guessed
  • Delivered in Excel or your takeoff format
  • Price it yourself, or have us price it
